Adam Lambert Makes Chart History!
He may have come in second place on the eighth season of American Idol, but he’s definitely come out on top this time!
Adam Lambert’s new album ,‘Trespassing ‘ debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart this week which in itself is very impressive, but in this case it is also historical because he becomes the first openly gay male artist to accomplish this feat!
In a fun twist, Lambert knocked off fellow former Idol contestant Carrie Underwood who enjoyed a two-week stint at number one.
